Best Stocks Contest: Sizing Up the Competition in 2017

It’s temping fate to celebrate early, but I’m feeling good about the Best Stocks for 2016 contest right about now:

Data as of 12/28/2016. Past performance no guarantee of future results.

Regardless of how the contest shakes out, I’m still long Energy Transfer Equity (ETE) and believe the stock price could easily double from these levels over the course of the next 2-3 years. I have no intention of selling.

Congratulations to all the contestants this year on a fight well fought.

But now it’s time to look forward to a new year… and the Best Stock for 2017.

The contest isn’t live yet… and won’t be until next week. But you can see the contestants and their picks ahead of time. My pick, of course, is General Motors (GM), and you can read my rationale here.

You’ll definitely see some familiar faces here, Jason Moser, Louis Navellier and Hilary Kramer are all returning.

Best of luck to all… and bring it on!
